The Challenge
Problem
EFI installed a complete digester system at this 1,200-cow dairy under SMUD's Dairy Digester Incentives Program.
Our Approach
Solution
EFI installed baffle and mixing systems, an HDPE cover designed for two days of biogas storage, and air injection for gas conditioning. Maas Energy Works developed the project under the SMUD Dairy Digester Incentives Program. The 2014 case history lists 650 kW of generation capacity.
