Cover Accessories & Ports
Dose liquids under the cover through a pre-plumbed valve assembly.
Liquid injection ports let you add inoculant, chemicals, makeup water, or other liquids beneath a sealed cover in a controlled way. Each assembly is built on an HDPE base plate that bonds to the cover, with a manual ball valve for shutoff and a check valve to prevent backflow out of the sealed volume. Unions are included so the valve train can be serviced without cutting into the line.
The whole assembly is fabricated and pressure-conscious at the EFI shop, then shipped ready to weld in. Line size and the valve package are selected to match your dosing rate and the liquid being introduced.
